Worship together, engage in community                          and live on mission.

"We are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which he prepared beforehand that we should walk in them." Ephesians 2:10

At Roswell, we exist to glorify God by pursuing gospel transformation through Jesus Christ. But how do we change? We believe that with the foundation of Scripture and the covering of prayer, we are transformed by the gospel as we worship together, engage in community and live on mission.  The tools found below are designed to help you discover one aspect of that growth: your life on mission.

Our task as followers of Christ is not to create occasions to serve but to follow His leading into His opportunities, moment-by-moment and day-by-day.  It is all about listening for and following God's leading.  He has a plan.  He has a part for you to play in that plan.  And He is the only one who knows His plan and your role.

At RCC, our desire is to help you discover the why, how and where of your life on mission through discovery tools, sermons, missional resources and then connecting you with others who share a similar passion.  We want to walk with you as you navigate the challenges of living a life on mission and while you listen, receive and respond to how God is choosing to lead you.

Global Mission

A World Wide Movement

At Roswell Community we believe that a significant role of the American church is to be a part of the forward movement of the Gospel in the world.

We support four indigenous missionaries on four continents. Their ministries couldn’t look more different, but they have one heart — to see Jesus Christ’s message of hope and forgiveness transform lives.

For more than a decade, we have partnered with Open Air Campaigners in Brazil, a ministry that preaches the gospel to all nations with a focus on evangelism. Catholicism is the country’s cultural norm, but these missionaries want the Brazilian people to understand the reality of who Jesus is and the sacrifice he made to bring them into a personal relationship with God. They partner with local churches to preach the gospel and equip those ministry leaders to conduct relational follow-up discipleship opportunities.

Roswell Community Church has supported Pioneers-Ghana for more than ten years, assisting them in digging wells to give safe water to villages in need. The organization focuses on reaching the unreached, connecting with people groups all over the country in rural areas who have never heard of Jesus. Local leaders build relationships with the people and bring the message of the gospel. Through these relationships they also learn of their need for safe water and meet it by building a well. With this gift, they are able to point to Jesus and what he offers. In most cases, a church has been planted through the digging of a well.

Our Hungarian ministry partner is the Paulus Movement, an indigenous Hungarian evangelical organization who desires to plant gospel-transforming churches in and around Budapest and all of Hungary. They formed as a Bible study about 15 years ago, and have since grown into one main congregation in Diosd. Each year, our church sends teams to Hungary to assist them in teaching English, providing an essential commodity that opens up future career possibilities for their people. We also organize summer camps for Hungarian children, who are culturally often told there is no God and rarely shown love or joy. In these camps, we share who Jesus is and how much God loves them.

In a remote village in Nepal’s Himalayan mountains, young girls are at high risk for sex trafficking due to their families’ poverty. We have partnered with She is Safe, an organization that works to prevent, rescue and restore women and girls from abuse and exploitation in high risk places around the world, to provide these families goats as an alternative source of income. In this community that historically trafficked every girl over the age of 12, we have witnessed the hope of Christ in this area as teenage girls remain safe with their families and empowered through the goat program.

Want to Volunteer?

One Body. Many Members.

After Jesus washed his disciples’ feet he said,

“If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example, that you also should do just as I have done to you.”

This is what serving is — it’s following Jesus’ example for how to live our lives. There are all kinds of ways to participate in God’s story at Roswell Community and there’s bound to be one that suits the way God’s made you. There are no “small” roles; every person is needed. So, roll up your sleeves, jump into God’s mission, and follow the example of Jesus. We’ve been set free so that now we can serve one another in love!

Mission Trips [+]

We have two opportunities this year: to support our sister church outside Budapest, Hungary, and to visit our partners in Ghana.

In Hungary, we teach English, a dance routine and Ultimate Frisbee at an elementary-aged summer camp, but don’t think you need to be a professional athlete or have a teaching degree to come! A willingness to serve and a heart that’s open to some wonderful people is all it takes to have an impact for the gospel in Hungary.

And in Ghana, we will be traveling around the country this fall visiting wells we have dug over the past few years and the villages that are being transformed by clean, safe water and the gospel! We get to encourage our brothers and sisters in Christ in the newly formed churches that came out of these wells being dug.
